Shipping Policy

• Shipping Costs: Free shipping for orders over $150.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-2 business days of placing the order.
• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping to Canada. Please enter your address in the checkout section to view your shipping rate.
• Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your Mighty Sink must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us and select "Returns & Exchanges" as the reason.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and select "Returns & Exchanges" as the reason.
• Shipping Costs for Returns: We will provide shipping label so that the return is at no additional cost to you.
